free printables
has anyone been to michaels recently and noticed that ALL of the halloween decorations have disappeared-or put on some ridiculously small shelf, impossible to find?
i mean, let's be honest. I'm just as excited for christmas as the next person, but seriously? seriously, michaels? can i please celebrate one holiday to the fullest and then move on to the next?
apparently not.
so.

in protest to michaels telling me that i can't prepare for halloween anymore, i've got some printables for you. and yes, they are halloween themed. and yes, you can print them out now. and put them up.
because. it's only the middle of october, people.
here they are...

the boss helped me out on this one (as he has done with my blog header and other designs...because, that's his job).

to download it, click on the image and then right click and save. it's yours. because we're just so freaking generous. now. i should ask...pretty, pretty please. in case you weren't already planning on doing so...if you use this on your site/in your decor/something that you share-please link back. it's just the cool thing to do.
it's our first round of printables.let us know what you think!

At least there was no life size animatronic this year! Last year it freaked my daughter out all month. I would have to ask an employee to turn it off and maneuver so the then 3 yr old would not ever glimpse the dang thing!

I feel exactly the way you do--there's never time to enjoy one holiday in the fall--and with kids, all they know is candy at Halloween and presents at Christmas.

From a crafting P.O.V. though, I understand why they do what they do. Back-to School, Fall in general, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas are all very close together, and without planning ahead, you'd spend the entire month of December stressed out over making presents or new ornaments....

I noticed the other day that Quilt shops are getting in their Spring/Easter 2012 fabric prints in now!!

Plus, by December 1st, a lot of that stuff will be on sale :)
